Shipping:

General shipping for Ireland is €5.50 and generally takes 1-2 working days. 

Delivery for mainland UK is €10.00 and generally takes 3-5 working days.

Please note: Busy periods such as New Launches and Black Friday delivery may take longer than usual.

International shipping is also available.

Vat & duty are always the customer's responsibility.

Please Note: All orders to the UK with a value above 130GBP will be liable for vat & duty on arrival.

Please Note: All orders to Canada with a value above $20CAD will be liable for vat & duty on arrival. 

We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company. 

We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.

If an eircode is provided, this is the address that your order will be delivered to. Please ensure your eircode is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong eircode provided.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact info@lunabylisa.ie.

Please note: We can only refund or replace items purchased from this website, and that are unopened and unused. Items that need to be returned to our warehouse should be done at your own expense.
