These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to any prize draw carried out by Luna By Lisa, or Lisa Jordan for the Luna By Lisa brand via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Each prize draw shall have specific details on the public social post. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

To participate in a prize draw you must satisfy the following:

Contests are open to Ireland and UK residents only.

You must be at least 16 years old as of the date of entry;

You are not permitted to enter the draw if you are an employee of National Beauty Distribution, Luna by Lisa their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the prize draw. Only one entry per person; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted; and. You must agree to and comply with these T&Cs; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

Entry details will be outlined in the social post announcing the competition. You must enter between the start time and end time as set forth on the social media post. You must complete all required steps explicitly stated on the social media post., within the entry Period.

Your entry will be automatically submitted upon completion. Entry is always free (no purchase necessary). We are not responsible for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason.

Winner selection - All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the Entry Period.

Within 7 days following the end of an Entry Period, the Winner for the prize will be chosen, our decision as to the winner is final.

The Winner will be notified by Luna By Lisa or Lisa Jordan via direct message on the social media platform that they made their entry.

The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the prize(s) and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify the winner from the prize draw if you are unable to provide such details.

We reserve the right to determine an alternate method of notification shall it be required.The Winner must claim the applicable prize within 7 days after the Prize Notification.

If the prize(s) is unclaimed after the time specified, Luna By Lisa/Lisa Jordan reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at our own discretion. The prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions (including, without limitation, for cash) are permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. Luna By Lisa / Lisa Jordan reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value. If the Winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Luna By Lisa / Lisa Jordan shall have no further obligation to the Winner. Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw.
