As we deal with the on-going COVID-19 situation we want to reassure you that we will continue to provide a high level of service as normal, with some adjustments:
We have increased our health and safety procedures to our warehouse so that all our online stores can remain operating as normal. These include:
All staff have been provided with gloves and masks
We have a strict cleaning process in packing areas, including wipe downs and each team member has their own designated isolated work area.
Our warehouse team have reworked their rota to work in shifts, meaning half the amount of people are in the warehouse at any one time, ensuring maximum personal safety.
We are processing orders as quickly as possible, but the above mentioned changes can make it slower than usual. Our courier DPD, are also experiencing delays due to increased parcel volumes travelling through their network at the moment.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
You will receive a 1 hour delivery window via SMS or email from DPD on the day your parcel is to be delivered.
For health and safety reasons, DPD are no longer taking signatures for parcels. On the day your parcel is due for delivery, please keep an eye out for the courier, as your parcel may be left at your premises unsigned for.
